Accessibility Statement

Last updated: September 3, 2025

JP Warehousing, Inc. (“JP Warehousing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing a website and customer experience that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We continually improve usability and aim to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards.

Our commitment & measures we take

To support accessibility, we:

  • Integrate accessibility into our design, development, and content workflows.

  • Conduct periodic audits (automated and manual) for common barriers.

  • Provide staff training and documented standards for headings, alt text, link names, form labels, and keyboard focus.

  • Review new features and third-party tools for accessibility impact before launch.

Standards & compatibility

We strive for compatibility with:

  • Browsers: Current versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox.

  • Assistive technologies: Screen readers (e.g., NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver), screen magnifiers, speech recognition, and keyboard-only navigation.

For the best experience, use the latest browser/OS and enable updates.

Accessibility features on our site

  • Logical heading structure and landmarks (header, nav, main, footer).

  • Alternative text for meaningful images and descriptive link text.

  • Visible keyboard focus and keyboard-operable menus/forms.

  • Sufficient color contrast and scalable text without loss of content or functionality.

  • Form labels, error messages, and instructions announced to assistive tech.

  • Captions or transcripts provided for new video/audio content we publish.

Known limitations & third-party content

While we work to ensure full accessibility, you may encounter:

  • Legacy documents (older PDFs) that may not yet be fully tagged.

  • Embedded third-party tools (maps, video players, analytics, chat widgets, scheduling/portal systems) where full control over accessibility may be limited.
If you need an accessible alternative, contact us (see “Request assistance”).

JP Warehousing is committed to equal access for visitors, customers, drivers, vendors, and partners. If you require an accommodation relating to our facilities or services (e.g., assisted wayfinding, document translations/alternative formats), please let us know—our team is here to help.

An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.
