Selling/Sharing: We do not “sell” personal information for money. We may “share” limited online identifiers with advertising/analytics partners for cross-context behavioral advertising if such tools are enabled. You can opt out (see “Your Privacy Rights”).

You provide: contact forms, RFQ/estimate requests, emails, phone calls, portal registration, contracts, and payment remittances.
Automatically: cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see “Cookies & Tracking”).
Third parties: carriers, brokers, payment processors (e.g., billing platforms), analytics/advertising providers, and technology vendors that support our operations.

How We Use Personal Information

To deliver services (receiving, storage, pick/pack/ship, labeling/FBA prep, inventory, EDI events, transportation coordination).
To create/maintain your portal account and WMS integrations (e.g., EDI 940/945/856).
To communicate about quotes, appointments, shipments, invoices, service updates, and policy changes.
To manage security, prevent fraud, and ensure facility safety (including CCTV).
To analyze site performance and improve user experience and marketing effectiveness.
To comply with legal obligations and exercise legal claims.

Disclosure of Personal Information

We disclose information to:

Service providers/processors (hosting, WMS/portal, analytics, email/SMS tools, payment processors, IT/security).
Logistics partners (carriers, brokers, customs agents) to fulfill your requests.
Professional advisors (lawyers, accountants), authorities, or as required by law.
In business transfers (merger, acquisition, asset sale), subject to this Policy.

We require service providers to use information only to perform services for us and to safeguard it appropriately.

Marketing Communications & SMS

If you opt in, we may send emails or SMS about services and updates. You can unsubscribe via the email footer or reply STOP to SMS. Message/data rates may apply.

Data Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to our operations (e.g., access controls, encryption in transit where applicable, CCTV for facility security). No system is 100% secure; please use strong passwords and safeguard your portal credentials.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law (e.g., tax/audit). Typical periods: website analytics data 6–26 months (tool-dependent); account/contract and invoice records up to 7 years; CCTV typically 30–90 days unless needed for security or legal reasons.

Delete personal information (subject to legal exceptions).
Correct inaccurate personal information.
Opt out of “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Our site and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
